Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with your order, we make returns and refunds simple and fast.

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Subscription box items follow the same 7-day window from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Digital products (eBooks, PDF downloads, printable activity sheets) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, as per standard digital goods policy.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@checkoutbd.com.bd or call 01700-000000 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm pickup details. We arrange free collection from your address within 2 business days for eligible returns.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or card). Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bKash/Nagad transfer to the number you provide.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle, but you keep access to the box for that month.

7. Exchange for Different Size/Variant

If a product has size or variant options and you received the wrong one, contact us within 7 days for a free exchange, subject to stock availability.
